Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years or older
must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
ability to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3am and weekends
familiarity with baking and food preparation preferred
good communication and teamwork skills
basic understanding of food safety practices

Job Duties

bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
assist with order taking and sandwich making
maintain a safe and clean store environment
work collaboratively as part of the team to deliver excellent guest service
adhere to all food safety and quality standards
arrive early for opening shifts and prepare the bakery for service
