Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours as early as 3 am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license is preferred but only required at specific locations and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries each morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist team members with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery and store environment
- Monitor product quality to uphold company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food handling and safety
