Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check according to local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license preferred at specific locations
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and grow within the bakery environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries according to company standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the bakery
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer experience
- Monitor ingredient inventory and notify management for restocking
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently
