Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- able to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
- strong work ethic and reliability
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Baking breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and safety standards
- decorating cakes and producing fancy desserts
- operating ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- providing excellent customer service and engaging with customers
- assisting in inventory management and product freshness
- supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment
