Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
- meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong attention to detail and quality
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastry products each day
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold product quality standards
- adhere to store policies and procedures
- support inventory management and stock replenishment
