Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 am and weekends
- able to pass background check as applicable
- possess a valid state-issued driver’s license if required by location and meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bakery or food service experience is an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail in food preparation
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- arrive early to prepare and bake bagels and pastries
- ensure quality product is available by stocking bagel walls and pastry cases
- assist with guest service including order taking and sandwich making
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- work effectively as part of a team to uphold brand quality standards
- support store operations during shifts
- adhere to health and safety regulations
