Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to baking
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- ability to follow recipes and safety procedures
- strong attention to detail
- positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
- strong passion for baking and culinary creativity
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries
- produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- ensure baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner
- maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- assist fellow associates and contribute to team success
