Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of baking processes and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and baking instructions accurately
- Good interpersonal skills for customer interaction
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in baking breads, pastries, and desserts preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new baking techniques
Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and take pride in products
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of display cases and shelves
- Ensure baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment
- Assist in inventory management and baking supplies
