Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license always preferred but only required at specific locations and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience beneficial
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Bake and stock fresh bagels and pastries each shift
- Assist with customer service by taking orders and preparing sandwiches
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality and efficiency
- Monitor product quality to uphold company standards
- Operate bakery equipment safely and responsibly
- Manage early morning bakery opening procedures
