Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior baking or food production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions
- Availability to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adhere to health and safety standards
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items
- Monitor dates and freshness, handle outdated items properly, and report shrinkage
- Adhere to all Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by assisting with finding items, taking special orders, and addressing concerns
- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep an eye on stock levels and service floor needs, ensuring proper assortment and production levels
- Maintain food safety logs and ensure all quality standards are met by specified times daily
- Work closely with all Bakery associates to meet department goals and support a positive team environment
- Ensure regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for absences
- Perform other duties as assigned
