Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in baking and producing Hispanic bakery and pastry products
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to safely operate bakery equipment
- Must be able to handle physical demands of the job

Job Duties
- Prepare, produce and bake a variety of Hispanic breads and pastries
- Use bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough rollers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery department
- Safely handle food and sanitation chemicals
- Follow local, state and federal food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bakery operations
