Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience or training in baking or food service preferred
- Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of pastry and dessert production
- Good reading and comprehension skills
- Ability to follow oral instructions
- Willingness to participate in further training on dessert preparation and sanitation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or graduate equivalency exam preferred
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations in food service operations
- Knowledge of dessert and pastry production
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Ability to follow oral instructions
- Training in quantity dessert preparation techniques and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare daily baked goods and desserts following recipes and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking area following HACCP guidelines
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products
- Follow oral and written instructions accurately
- Assist in inventory management of baking supplies
- Participate in training to improve dessert preparation techniques
- Collaborate with dietary manager and kitchen staff to meet food service needs
