- Prepare and bake bakery products following Costco formulas
- Ensure bakery products meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery area
- Operate bakery equipment efficiently and safely
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Assist in receiving and stocking bakery supplies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
