- Ability to follow food safety protocols
- Experience with baking equipment such as ovens and mixers
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and safety standards
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Ensure all products meet freshness and quality requirements
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
