Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

- Previous baking experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work with baking equipment and follow recipes accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
- Decorate cakes with attention to detail
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and effectively
- Maintain highest quality, freshness, and safety standards for all baked products
- Interact positively with customers and fellow associates
- Keep display cases and shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist in adhering to food safety and cleanliness regulations
