Job Requirements

You are 18 years of age or older
Able to start work at 3 am
Possess exceptional time management skills
Attention to detail in food preparation and cleanliness
Capability to provide excellent guest service
Committed to teamwork and collaboration
Flexible schedule availability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in baking or food preparation a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 am
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare baked goods according to Dunkin' recipes and standards
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready to open each day
Manage inventory and restock baking supplies as needed
Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
Provide exceptional guest service during opening hours
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
