- prior baking or kitchen experience preferred
- able to lift up to 80 lbs

Job Duties
- Bake the full line of cakes by diligently following the NbC recipes
- Remove cakes from pans and properly package them
- Put cakes in cooler and rotate stock per NbC standards
- Complete a daily production sheet and share it with management
- Track inventory of baked goods
- Alert management to issues and maintenance needs for equipment
- Order and receive groceries
- Maintain refrigeration logs
- Keep baking area, tables, equipment and tools clean and sanitized to local codes
- Help with all kitchen clean up
- Maintain and supervise the execution of all health code regulations
- Assist other departments as needed and directed
