Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries to high quality standards
- Decorate cakes and specialty desserts with precision
- Operate commercial baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and bakery shelves
- Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with customers
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking bakery items
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
