Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
compliance with health and safety regulations
physical ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items
valid work authorization in the United States
enthusiasm for food and customer service

Job Qualifications

previous baking or food preparation experience is beneficial

Job Duties

bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
decorate cakes with creativity and precision
operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
engage with customers to provide exceptional service
ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
assist team members and participate in training and development activities
