Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings weekends and holidays
- adherence to company policies safety and hygiene standards
- legal authorization to work in the united states
