Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 years of related work experience
- Ability to follow recipes and product directions accurately
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and rotating weekends
- Commitment to punctual attendance and reliability
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and production guidelines
- Strong team orientation and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Adaptability to varying work shifts and rotating weekends
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, etc
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste through proper handling and portion control
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Adhere to client requirements and business necessities
- Perform other duties as assigned
