Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license when required
- Meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience is an asset
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 am
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Availability to work varied hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries according to company recipes and standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products are available each shift
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery environment
- Work as part of a team to support bakery operations and customer satisfaction
- Comply with food safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management
