Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass a background check as applicable
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license where required and meet driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to start shifts as early as 3 AM
- Basic math skills for measurements and inventory
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- Stock bagel walls and pastry cases to ensure product availability
- Assist in order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer experiences
- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage early morning bakery operations efficiently
