Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old, preferably at least 18 years old
- Flexibility to work around customer trends, including weekend and holiday availability year-round
- Basic math and computer/app skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
Job Qualifications
- No formal education requirements
- Basic math and computer/app skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail when inspecting ingredients and finished products
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
- Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality standards
- Clean and restock your workstation and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and a welcome to Crumbl
