Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
- ensure consistency and quality of all baked goods
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the bakery area
- monitor and manage inventory levels of bakery ingredients
- assist with packaging and stocking bakery items
- follow health and safety regulations
- collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
