Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and safety standards
- Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers efficiently
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are fresh
- Assist in keeping the baking area safe and compliant with health guidelines
