Job Duties
- Prepare and bake high volumes of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with food safety guidelines
- Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the baking process
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of baking tasks
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in the training of new bakery team members
