- ability to follow detailed recipes
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- prepare and bake bakery products according to established recipes and formulas
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients
- ensure baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- comply with food safety and health regulations
- assist in receiving and storing bakery ingredients and supplies
