- Knowledge of baking techniques and processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure all baked items meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station
- Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production schedules
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with training new baking team members
