Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
Knowledge of baking techniques and processes
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
Strong time management skills
Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations

Job Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
Ensure all baked items meet quality and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station
Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production schedules
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with training new baking team members
