Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and processes
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station
  • Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production schedules
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with training new baking team members
