Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum age requirement as per local laws
ability to stand for extended periods
physical ability to lift and carry bakery items
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
food handler certification if required by local regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous baking experience preferred but not required
ability to operate bakery equipment safely
strong attention to detail
excellent customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
willingness to learn and develop baking skills

Job Duties

Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, desserts, and decorated cakes
operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
ensure high quality, freshness, and safety standards of baked goods
maintain clean, organized, and stocked display cases and shelves
interact with customers and provide excellent service
assist with inventory management and restocking
support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
