Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early morning shifts and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license preferred but required only at specific locations
- Must meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior bakery or food preparation experience a plus
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries according to company recipes and standards
- Stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich preparation to support team
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery and store environment
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Monitor inventory levels and report needs to management
