Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Good teamwork and customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Valid state-issued driver's license preferred for certain locations
Job Duties
- Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
- Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Manage early morning baking and preparation duties starting as early as 3 AM
- Support the team in meeting daily operational goals and customer satisfaction
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
