Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- pass background check as per local, state, and federal law
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license if required by location and meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail with food quality and safety
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries early in the morning
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold quality and customer satisfaction
- follow food safety and hygiene regulations consistently
- participate in store opening and closing procedures as required
