Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
Must be able to pass background check as applicable
Possession of valid state-issued driver’s license preferred where required
Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior baking or food preparation experience is an advantage
Ability to work early morning shifts and varied hours
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to maintain quality and consistency in baked products
Basic customer service skills
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

Prepare and bake bagels and pastries daily ensuring high-quality standards
Stock the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and work areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
Manage early morning baking and preparation tasks
Assist in inventory management and product freshness checks
