Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of valid state-issued driver’s license preferred where required
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior baking or food preparation experience is an advantage
- Ability to work early morning shifts and varied hours
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to maintain quality and consistency in baked products
- Basic customer service skills
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries daily ensuring high-quality standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- Manage early morning baking and preparation tasks
- Assist in inventory management and product freshness checks
