Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Basic understanding of food safety protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Physical stamina to perform baking tasks

Job Duties
- Follows recipes and/or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- May clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Reduces food waste by preparing appropriate quantities
- Works cooperatively as part of a team to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Provides excellent customer service with a positive and helpful attitude
