Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older per applicable law
- Ability to start shifts as early as 3 am
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Excellent attention to detail and guest service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or bakery operations a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3 am
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain quality standards

Job Duties
- Prepare bakery items and food products following Dunkin' quality standards
- Ensure the store is fully prepared and operational before opening
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakehouse and service areas
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
