- Ability to work early mornings, Saturdays, and some holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling

Job Duties
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers with precision and care
- Bake a variety of items including bread, pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies following established recipes and techniques
- Assemble baked goods ensuring visually appealing and consistent results
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to health and safety standards including proper sanitation and food handling practices
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet customer demand
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning
