  • Minimum of 1-year experience in commercial bakery or food production
  • Ability to work early mornings, Saturdays, and some holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
  • Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers with precision and care
  • Bake a variety of items including bread, pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies following established recipes and techniques
  • Assemble baked goods ensuring visually appealing and consistent results
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
  • Adhere to health and safety standards including proper sanitation and food handling practices
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet customer demand
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning
