Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, fancy desserts, and decorate cakes
- Use ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to prepare baked goods
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service
- Ensure display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Maintain quality, freshness, and safety standards in all products
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
