Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including breads, cookies, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate cakes and create fancy desserts to meet quality and presentation standards
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, display cases, and shelves
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and gather feedback
- Ensure baked products meet safety, freshness, and quality standards
- Assist in stocking and replenishing bakery inventory as needed
