Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, mornings, and afternoons
- Availability to work on holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July, etc.
- Ability to perform heavy work such as lifting 50lbs+, bending, reaching, and standing for 8hours+
- Reliable transportation to work
- Reading, writing, speaking, listening comprehension proficiency in English

Job Duties
- Work in a team environment to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
- Maintain tools and personal hygiene to ensure food safety and quality standards
- Prepare flour and other baking ingredients, either manually or with the assistance of commercial bakery equipment
- Shape dough to bake a variety of bread and other baked goods
- Operate commercial bakery equipment, including ovens, loaders, proofers, and dough mixers
- Work efficiently and quickly to meet production targets and deadlines
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety guidelines and hygiene practices during all operations
