Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand walk and lift for extended periods
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn new baking techniques and processes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or culinary experience a plus
- Ability to operate kitchen and baking equipment safely

Job Duties
- Bake breads cookies and pastries to high quality standards
- Decorate cakes and create fancy desserts
- Operate baking equipment including ovens mixers slicers and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and product knowledge
- Ensure all products meet safety freshness and quality standards
- Assist in stocking bakery items and inventory management
