Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- complete basic food safety understanding and training
- flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
- capability to stand up to 6 hours
- ability to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- must be able to communicate clearly in a loud environment
- background check required for hire
Job Qualifications

- complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law)

Job Duties
- Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe(s) needs daily
- maintain high standards for flavor and quality
- perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
- strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
- assist and support your manager and team as needed
- help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
