Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Open availability for varying shifts including days and hours
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to baking
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Adherence to food safety standards and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Up to 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to follow recipes and baking procedures
- Customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste and contribute to a healthy safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
