Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking experience preferred but not required
- ability to operate baking equipment safely
- excellent attention to detail and quality
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- experience in baking breads, cookies, and pastries preferred
- ability to decorate cakes and prepare desserts
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- passion for baking and food quality
- willingness to learn and develop baking skills

Job Duties
- prepare breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- engage with customers and fellow associates with a friendly demeanor
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- ensure products meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards
- assist in stocking baked goods for customer satisfaction
- follow health and safety regulations during all baking processes
