Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • able to work on feet for 7-10 hours daily
  • willingness to work early morning, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Read and understand Crumbl recipes
  • measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
  • decorate and display the finished product
  • test ingredients and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality controls
  • greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
  • keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
  • take client information and ensure deliveries are accurate and timely
  • clean and restock the workstation and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
