Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery work areas
- Monitor inventory and notify supervisors of low-stock items
- Assist with training new bakery team members
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
