high school diploma or equivalent
experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
ability to follow precise recipes and maintain quality standards
capability to work on feet for extended periods
flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
adherence to health and safety regulations
physical ability to lift and move bakery supplies
