Job Qualifications

previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
knowledge of food safety practices
ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
strong organizational and time-management skills
team player
available for early morning shifts or evening shifts

Job Duties

open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead
clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
bake a variety of flavor and sizes of bundtcakes
prepare custom orders
track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
abide by all NBC policies and procedures
uphold the NBC image and brand
