Job Requirements

- Ability to stand or walk for long periods

Job Duties
- Manage bagel production from freezer to finished product efficiently, following THB systems and standards
- Manage time and daily routine to meet needs at the opening hour and throughout the day
- Announce hot bagels to team and guests throughout the shift
- Maintain and clean bakery equipment to ensure proper functioning at all times
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively during production
- Stand or walk for long periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
