Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend knead and lift heavy bags up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work with hot ovens and baking equipment
- Ability to work in a warm and fast-paced environment
- Must have good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods including bread cakes cookies pastries pies and other specialty items
- Operate ovens and baking equipment ensuring correct temperatures and perfect results
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels order supplies and ensure proper storage
- Clean and sanitize baking equipment workstations and utensils maintaining safety and hygiene
- Regularly inspect baked goods for quality ensuring they meet bakery standards in appearance texture and taste
- Follow daily par sheets to meet production targets
- Maintain strict health department and company food safety standards
